Open Call: Summer Exhibition at Nordic Art Agency

The Nordic Art Agency is excited to announce an open call for our upcoming Summer Exhibition, showcasing a selection of contemporary art from emerging and established artists in Southern Sweden and Copenhagen.

This is a unique opportunity to have your work featured in a professional gallery space for a full month of exposure. We invite artists to submit their works for consideration to be part of this dynamic exhibition that will highlight the diversity and talent of the Nordic art scene.

Who Can Apply:

  • Open to all artists based in Southern Sweden and Copenhagen

  • All mediums and styles are welcome

  • Anyone can apply, regardless of experience or background

Key Details:

  • Exhibition Duration: 7th of June - 26th July

  • Artwork Price Limit: Max price of artwork: 30,000 SEK (if sold the gallery commission fee is 20%)

  • Application Fee: 150 SEK, swished to 0721747368 Summer 2025 should be written in the message field

  • Number of Artists Selected: 15 artists

  • Deadline: 21.05.2025

  • There will be a possibility for 4 artists to appear on the Nordic Art Agency Podcast in an episode on the Summer Exhibition to discuss their selected exhibited work.

  • The artwork must be delivered and collected by the artist themselves.


How to Apply:

Submit your application with the following:

  • A brief artist statement (max 300 words)

  • High-quality images of your proposed artwork(s)

  • Artwork details: title, size, medium, and price

  • Your CV or biography (optional, but recommended)

Selection Process:

The Nordic Art Agency’s curatorial team will review all submissions and select 15 artists whose works best align with the theme and vision of the Summer Exhibition. All applicants will be notified of the results by 24.05.2025.
