You are invited to join us for the biggest art weekend in Southern Sweden as the Nordic Art Agency will be opening our doors for Malmö Gallery Weekend 2023.
On the ground floor of the gallery a group exhibition CLAY, PAPER, INK featuring artwork by Daisy Boman, Caroline Attan and Jennifer Idrizi.
Photography by Jim Eyre and Natalie Christensen can also be found on the ground floor along with works by Scottish screen print artist John Atherton and British painter Rupert Hartley.
On the first floor Swedish Artist in Residence Mia Hultgren will have her work-in-progress fibre art exhibited. Mia has currently brought her studio to the Nordic Art A and is working towards a new body of work entitled ASPECTS which will be exhibited at the gallery later in October.
Mia Hultgren will be hosting an Art Talk at 14:00 - 15:00 discussing her artists practice and modus behind her current body of work.
On the first floor is the current joint exhibition PERPETUAL MOTION with figurative painting by American artist Jay Pingree and Spanish artist Marta Lafuente.
Minimalist landscape painting by British artist Victoria Curling Eriksson is also exhibited on the 1st floor.
